These terms apply whenever you use vedgeout.co.uk or place an order with us. By using this site, you agree to these terms.

Using our site

You need to be old enough to enter into a contract in the UK to order from us. Don't use the site for anything unlawful, or try to interfere with how it runs (malicious code, scraping, that sort of thing).

Orders & pricing

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We'll confirm by email once we've accepted it. Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We try hard to keep prices and stock levels accurate, but if something's genuinely wrong (a pricing error, an item that's actually out of stock), we'll contact you before processing your order, and you won't be charged if we can't fulfil it.

Our campaign fund

Every order contributes toward VedgeOut's advertising spend for an animal rights cause you choose. This funds a campaign, it isn't a cash donation or gift, and VedgeOut is not a registered charity.

Intellectual property

Everything on this site, including our designs, the VedgeOut name and logo, and Gaia (our mascot), belongs to VedgeOut. You're welcome to share photos of your own order, but please don't reproduce our designs, artwork, or Gaia for your own use without asking us first.

Our liability

We're not liable for losses that weren't a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms, or for anything outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Those rights (goods that are as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose) stand regardless of anything written here.
